Our Commitment To You

There are many factors that go into a sale of a property.  Timing, staging, pricing strategy, and  moving requirements. I would like to first have a personal meeting with you and your family on what your desires are for your transition and how I can best serve you and your family to meet your goals. The next step is to determine the price of the home. I will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis for you in detail and help you determine the listing price.  I will explain all the selling costs involved in the sale of the home calculated and paid from the proceeds at closing, including real estate commissions and how they are shared with a cooperating Realtor.  During the marketing and sales process of the home, there will be qualified buyers scheduled with your time requirements with a secure lock box system. Professional photography and video taping is provided by me and all the upfront costs of marketing and showing the home.  There are no upfront costs in the sale, except with the exception of repairs if needed for a smooth closing for the buyer. You may also want to have the home professionally inspected prior to listing the property.  I am also offering a Free One Year Home Warranty on your behalf paid by me, for the buyer at closing.  (A $650 value). Below is a list of some of the services provided by our team:
